Farmingdale road advisory committee reviews paving schedule, asks that Russell Street be marked

Chair Eben Gilman moved to approve the committee minutes from June 5, 2024; member Nancy Frost seconded and the motion passed on a 3-0-0 vote. The members voting were Gilman, Frost and Robert Nitzel.
Select Board liaison Doug Ebert told the committee that paving work is currently being carried out around town and that Hayford Heights is scheduled for upcoming paving. Ebert said that catch basins will need to be addressed as paving proceeds and that he would speak with town staff (identified in the minutes as "Steve") about sequencing and next steps.
Frost asked that Russell Street be added to the pavement-marking schedule so markings will align with the paving work. Ebert said he would raise the request with staff and follow up on coordination.
The committee set its next meeting for Sept. 4, 2024. Gilman moved to adjourn at 6:29 p.m.; Frost seconded and the adjournment carried by a 3-0-0 vote.
