Windsor trustees approve $46,710 in vouchers, pay village's $22,153 share for Chestnut Street bridge

Trustees for the Village of Windsor on Oct. 3 accepted routine financial reports and approved payment of vouchers totaling $46,710.26.
Treasurer Patricia L. Harting told the board the village had received funds from the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) and state aid. Trustee John R. McNulty moved to accept the treasurer's report; Trustee Edward C. McLean seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
Mayor Ronald G. Harting moved to pay vouchers as authorized by signed vouchers, totaling $46,710.26. Trustee Edward C. McLean seconded and the motion passed with all trustees voting AYE.
During the meeting Mayor Harting also confirmed the village paid its portion of the Chestnut Street Bridge closeout: $22,153.00 was disbursed as the village's final share after County closeout notices. The payment was recorded at the board meeting.
Clerk Courtney J. Decker announced Broome County will host an Electronics Collection Day at Klumpp Park on Oct. 12, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for Broome County residents; the board did not oppose the event.
The board adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
