The Beachwood Environmental Shade Tree Committee approved its minutes from the April 20, 2026 meeting and recorded several operational follow-ups.
By motion and vote, the committee approved Resolution #2026-7 to accept the April minutes. Maria Bird moved the motion, Carl Schmidt seconded, and the minutes were approved unanimously with no abstentions.
Committee member Carl Schmidt said the 2026 budget had been approved but the actual financial report was not available at the meeting; Chair Ellen Harrigan said she will contact Jennifer Martin to obtain the report. The meeting opened and closed to the public at 7:58 PM and adjourned at 7:58 PM; motions to open, close and adjourn were made and seconded by committee members and approved without dissension.
