Members noted the schedule for adoption will follow the town’s ordinance-amendment process; the board discussed aiming for the June cycle and preparing explanatory materials for voters.
The vote was procedural and noncontroversial compared with the evening’s earlier shoreland permit matter. The board also tabled other ordinance items (including mobile-home changes and further minimum-lot-size cleanup) to a future agenda so staff can prepare formal language for public review and the select board review.
