- Approval of minutes: Joe Hester moved and Scot Barr seconded a motion to approve the Jan. 27, 2026 public minutes as presented; the motion passed unanimously.
- Nonpublic session: At 7:58 p.m. the Board voted to enter a nonpublic session under RSA 91-A:3 II (c). A roll-call vote recorded Shawn O’Neil: yes; Scott/Scot Barr: yes; Joe Hester: yes; Rob Aliberti: yes. The motion passed unanimously. The Board later voted at 8:23 p.m. to return to public session by roll call (same yes votes) and then voted to seal the nonpublic minutes (roll call: Shawn: yes; Scott: yes; Joe: yes; Rob: yes). The nonpublic minutes were sealed by unanimous vote.
- Adjournment: Joe Hester moved and Shawn O’Neil seconded a motion to adjourn; the motion passed unanimously.
