Barry and Julie Van Iperen, representing Okoboji Boat Brokers, told the commission they do not intend to operate a car dealership; they said they need a dealer license primarily to purchase vehicles at auction and occasionally accepted a vehicle as a trade-in.
Commissioner David Besch recommended approving the use with the stated limitations; Commissioner Derek Lee seconded. No public correspondence or public comments were recorded on the item.
