"This application that we have to go through the whole thing has 44 pages... I say 3 pages would have been done," the chair said.
Committee members pressed for clarity about what level of documentation is necessary for straightforward changes such as window replacements; despite the complaint the board moved and approved the windows application. The chair’s remarks followed the committee’s earlier instruction that changes to approved plans require written permission and that applicants may request building permits only after committee approval.
