The Camp Frances Board of Directors reviewed its treasurer’s report and recorded a balance of $16,467.35, Susie DeBack, the board treasurer, told members at the June 9 meeting.
The board gave unanimous approval to the minutes from its May 12, 2026 meeting. Board members discussed the treasurer’s figures and suggested that Amy meet with the City Treasurer to obtain information on how to interpret the report; the minutes record the suggestion but do not identify Amy’s role or whether that meeting has been scheduled.
Board members reported there were seven rentals in May and said June is expected to be a very busy month for rentals; no renter checkout concerns were noted for May.
The board did not record additional financial approvals or specify planned expenditures beyond an operational equipment purchase (a microwave cart) discussed later in the meeting.
