Contracts and capital projects: The board awarded a contract to Level Up Construction for the centralized public works facility utility addition (project no. 15037) with a base bid of $3,134,940 plus alternate bids of $36,060 and $318,350 for a total contract value of $3,489,350; staff said the project is under budget and included in the 2026 capital budget. The board also awarded the Jacobson Drive water main and sewer lateral replacement project (project nos. 72084 and 72102) to MJ Construction for a base bid of $1,161,540; the project includes an invitation for 24 homes to participate in a sanitary sewer lateral replacement program at no cost to participating homeowners.
Bonavine Avenue agreement: The board approved a second revision to the state municipal agreement with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for reconstruction of Bonavine Avenue (Town Hall Road to Appleton Avenue, State Highway 175) to accept an additional $78,228.48 in federal funds for the design phase.
Appointments and labor: Village President appointments were approved, including Joel Whopper to the Board of Review (term to April 2030) and the Zoning Board of Appeals (term to April 2029). The board also approved a collective bargaining agreement with the Menomonee Falls Police Association Local 313 covering 2025–2027.
