Judge Mark Agee told the Trenton City Council during citizens input that in July a large oak tree on his property uprooted and fell across the street, taking down utility poles.
"Within minutes police, firemen, street department and the utility department were clearing the street and restoring power," Agee said, and he thanked the departments and said he appreciates the town.
The council recorded Agee’s remarks during the public-comment portion of the meeting; no formal action was taken in response to his statement.
