Holly Hills board hears operations, engineering updates; contractor awaiting permits

Ismael Gomez of Ramey Environmental Compliance, Inc. reviewed the Operations Report. AJ Beckman of Public Alliance, LLC noted that a billing insert reminding residents not to pour grease down drains was included in customer bills as an informational enclosure. Will Raatz of W2 Engineers reported on the 2024 capital project: Lucky Dog Contracting is awaiting permitting and the contractor expects to start work in the next few days. Raatz also reported he had provided capital-project numbers to Mr. Bakarich for inclusion in the 2025 budget.
No formal action was taken on these operational and engineering updates; the Board received the reports as information and will continue to monitor project permitting and schedule.
