Rumford Select Board approves warrants, liquor-license extension, debris removal and multiple appointments

The board approved Warrant #53 and Warrant #1 (DiConzo motion; Pepin second; vote 5-0) and extended the liquor license for Chamberlain's Tap & Table (DiConzo motion; Brennick second; vote 5-0). The board also approved removal of remaining debris at the Linnell Motel site (Brennick motion; DiConzo second; vote 5-0).
In a single approvals block the board confirmed appointments across several bodies: Board of Appeals (Frank Anastasio, 3-year; Kevin Saisi, alternate), Animal Control Officer (Eric Giroux) and alternate (Crista Powers), Library Board of Trustees (Jennifer Delano, Barbara Hammond), Library Board unexpired term (Connie Money), Poland Spring Benefit Committee (Tracy Parise, Mary Lapointe), Rumford Water District (Jim Thibodeau), Planning Board (Travis Palmer, Jacob Poulin), and Northern Oxford Regional Solid Waste (William Porter). Several positions had no applicants, including Med-Care Board openings and a plumbing inspector alternate vacancy. Most appointments were made by recorded motion and carried 5-0.
