The board also approved action on 13 Spring Street (motion Brown; second Finelli) with the same recorded ayes. The April 16, 2026 minutes were approved (motion Brown; second Finelli); the transcript notes members Roche, Hammaker, Brown, Vath, Hough, Reger and Veneziano voting aye and Finelli abstaining on the roll call recorded later in the minutes.
A motion to adjourn (Brown; second Hammaker) passed with all in favor. The meeting adjourned at 10:35 p.m. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 7:30 p.m.
