The Sagadahoc County Commissioners appointed Juanita Wilson and Nathaniel Shipley to three-year terms on the Board of Assessment Review through December 31, 2029. Administrator Amber Jones said Wilson was unable to attend and Registrar Lynn Moore had the oath paperwork prepared; the appointments were approved unanimously.
The board also approved the 2026 holiday schedule. Commissioner August noted both Christmas and New Year’s Day fall on a Thursday next year and said staff would be expected to remain on duty the following Friday unless they chose to use leave; the vote to accept the proposed schedule passed unanimously.
