Selectman Timothy Derouche called the Roxbury Board of Selectmen meeting to order Dec. 3 and the board approved the minutes from Nov. 26, 2024. The motion to approve the minutes was made by Selectman Ray Hodsdon and seconded by Selectman Timothy Derouche; the vote was 3-0.
The board moved to sign and approve Warrant #23 for $24,074.64. Selectman Timothy Derouche made the motion to sign the warrant; Selectman Matthew Patneaude seconded, and the board voted 3-0 to approve the warrant. The board also voted to accept a transfer-of-monies document provided by a staff member identified only as Renee. That motion was made by Derouche, seconded by Patneaude and approved 3-0.
The selectmen scheduled a budget meeting for Dec. 17, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. and noted that December payroll is running slightly ahead because meeting dates were out of sequence; checks will be held until the end of the week to ensure hours worked match pay.
The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m. after a motion by Selectman Timothy Derouche and a second by Ray Hodsdon; the vote was 3-0.
