Magnet Cove board renews Chartwells contract, approves therapy services and ends janitorial agreement

Among the actions, the board authorized electronic fund transfers with vendor Stage Spot, renewed the district’s food service management contract with Chartwells for the 2025-26 school year, and approved termination of the janitorial services agreement with Pritchard to be effective at the close of business June 30, 2025. Each of those motions passed by recorded vote, 5-0.
The board also approved contracts for student therapy services for 2025-26: a contract with Berry Physical Therapy, Inc. for physical therapy services; a contract with Reed Therapy Services, Inc. for occupational therapy services; and a contract with We Speak Therapy, Inc. for speech therapy services. In addition, the board approved a tuition agreement with the Glen Rose School District for ALE services for 2025-26. All motions recorded in the minutes passed 5-0.
The minutes do not list contract values, termination reasons for the janitorial agreement beyond the effective date, or funding sources for these services. The board did not record any amendments to these motions. Administrative staff will be responsible for executing contracts and ensuring services continue for the next school year.
