Commissioners approved the split with a condition that the developer pay for all utility improvements and associated costs. The motion to approve was moved by Bridger Varga, seconded by Brett Mikkelsen, and carried unanimously by the commissioners present.
The approval is contingent on the developer completing the utility work to the satisfaction of city staff; no additional hearings were announced on this item at the meeting.
