A second Snyder scope covers limited survey, design and bid-phase documents for pavement rehabilitation on the RRVT Redfield-to-Adel segment. That lump-sum agreement ($19,000) calls for a site visit to map pavement distress and prepare final plan sheets, typical sections, specifications (SUDAS, as applicable), and an opinion of probable construction cost to support a local letting.
Both agreements set deliverables and a timeline for expected fieldwork and report delivery; the meeting packet includes standard insurance exhibits and fee schedules. The agreements instruct the consultant to coordinate with county staff for project administration and note that additional services such as topographic survey, right-of-way acquisition, or public outreach would be billed as add-ons.
