The Mendota City Council met in closed session at 8:25 p.m. on Sept. 2 to confer with real property negotiators under Government Code §54956.8 regarding: (1) APN 013-050-21T (negotiating party: La Granja de Favian; agency negotiator: City Manager Cristian Gonzalez) and (2) APNs 013-152-29ST and 013-162-19ST (negotiating party: Verizon; agency negotiator: City Manager Cristian Gonzalez).
The council reconvened in open session at 8:40 p.m. Assistant City Attorney Castro stated there was no reportable action on either closed-session item. The meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m. on a motion by Council Member Joseph R. Riofrio, seconded by Mayor Victor Martinez; the minutes record approval with three ayes and two council members absent for the adjournment vote.
