Chairman Ware called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., and Commissioner Clement led the Pledge of Allegiance. City Administrator Daniel Coss and Clerk-Treasurer Sarah Stoltzfus were listed as staff in attendance; Commissioner Lee was recorded as excused.
Commissioner Patterson moved to approve the meeting agenda; Commissioner Clement seconded the motion, and the commission voted unanimously to adopt the agenda. Patterson then moved to approve the minutes of the Oct. 23, 2025, Planning Commission meeting; Commissioner VanDyke seconded, and the commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes.
Under new business, commissioners reviewed the proposed 2026 Regular Meeting Calendar. "The Planning Commission meets on the fourth Thursday of every month at 6pm," the record states. Commissioner Clement moved to approve the calendar; Commissioner Wheeler seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous vote.
No commission member comments were offered. Commissioner Wheeler moved to adjourn; Commissioner Patterson seconded and the meeting adjourned at 6:16 p.m.
Clerk-Treasurer Sarah Stoltzfus is listed as the official submitting the minutes.
