Councilor questions Neponset contract costs; mayor says terms fixed until renegotiation

Mayor Gary Moore replied that the contract runs for a full year and councilors cannot change its terms until it is renegotiated. Council Member Steve Faber said sales tax and the general fund, not just property tax, help support such programs.
