Council Member Steve Faber said he had left material at the pound that could be used, and Council Member Michael Yaklich sought clarification that the proposed structure would be a permanent donation to the pound. City officials said the item would be added to the next meeting agenda for formal consideration; no funding vote was taken at this meeting.
