The Roxbury Board of Selectmen voted unanimously to accept a $3,550.24 quote from Esau Cooper to perform culvert work, the board recorded at its Nov. 26 meeting.
Selectman Timothy Derouche moved to award the culvert job to Esau Cooper for $3,550.24; Selectman Matthew Patneaude seconded and the motion passed 3-0. The board had reviewed two quotes before making the award.
At the same meeting the board addressed a resident complaint about winter-road plowing that noted a one-ton truck was used on a narrow road. The board also said it would contact the town lawyer regarding a boundary agreement at First Beach. The culvert award is recorded as a formal vote in the minutes.
