West Bath schedules Feb. 19 posted-road hearing; climate resilience stakeholders meeting set for May 11

The West Bath Select Board confirmed that a public hearing on the posted road ordinance will take place at its Feb. 19 meeting at 5:30 p.m. at town hall, the clerk said during a Feb. 10 session.
Board members urged residents to check the town website for information about road maintenance bids, which will be opened as scheduled. The board also announced the town hall will be closed Feb. 16 for Presidents Day.
A member of the climate resilience committee told the board the committee received a grant to perform an energy audit and will convene a stakeholders meeting on May 11 at 6 p.m. at the fire department. The committee said it will reach out to residents from different areas of town to ensure broad representation at the meeting.
The board wrapped up routine business and adjourned.
