Chair Gabriel Whitney nominated Cunningham; the nomination was seconded and thirded and the board recorded the appointment by voice. The board offered brief remarks welcoming Cunningham to the role.
The board conducted other routine business, including conditional approval of a Rockfront Property change-of-use application and approval of minutes. The board set its next meeting for Feb. 10 and adjourned.
