Norwich Township trustees hold executive session to consider public employee promotion

The trustees reconvened and, according to the minutes, Mr. Tidd moved to adjourn the executive session at 1:13 PM; Mr. Cantrell seconded and the motion passed with unanimous yes votes (Motion #250910.02). One minute later, at 1:14 PM, Mr. Cantrell moved to adjourn the special meeting; Mr. Tidd seconded and the board again voted unanimously to adjourn (Motion #250910.03).
