Members who recorded affirmative votes included Mr. Hancock, Mr. Stoner and Mr. Vanderworf; the motion passed.
Staff noted that the mockup had been visible from the northbound lanes of Route 29 at points within the Stonefield corridor for a short distance, but the transcript did not specify an exact measured distance.
