No representative for the property appeared at the meeting. Solicitor Dave Lambros and Engineer Todd Sciano discussed procedure and recommended language making the variance contingent upon a completed lot split and final engineering approval. Sciano noted that the variance would have to change if the lot configuration changed.
A motion to approve the variance for construction of a second home contingent on completion of a lot split and final approval by the Engineer passed on a roll-call vote (Aye — Bertovich, White, March). The board then moved for overall approval of the modular home.
The conditional approvals require the applicant to complete a formal lot split and obtain the Engineer’s final approval before building permits are issued.
