Supervisor Chuck Bornhoeft raised questions about vouchers and financial reporting during the meeting; Bornhoeft, Krause and Scott Kempley asked to meet with Stanley to review billing and reporting processes and Stanley agreed to arrange that follow‑up. Finance staffer Jennifer Vote said revenue summaries run only through April and that staff are preparing year‑end reports as part of 2026 budget planning.
The board indicated the purchase will be covered from carryover funds in the Food Bank account. The motion did not record an individual roll‑call vote in the minutes; the minutes state the motion carried. The board set its next regular meeting for July 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
