In procurement actions, the board directed staff to request bids for fog-seal work on village roads and awarded storm debris removal to Fuxa Enterprises conditional on meeting a mid-September completion timeline; that debris award passed with four Aye votes, one No and an Abstention. Trustees approved other routine matters, including prior meeting minutes and permit approvals contingent on flood-plain review.
