Cedar Creek trustees adopt flood-plain amendment, approve engineering contract and set insurance commitment

On insurance, Trustee Richardson moved to provide 180 days' notice and enter a three-year commitment with LARM; Trustee Bruckner seconded and the motion passed unanimously among present members. The board also approved routine financial items: minutes from the June 18 meeting and the treasurer’s report were accepted by roll call, and the board authorized up to $600 to purchase rock for the ball field parking lot at the request of Maintenance Supervisor McEvoy.
