On a motion by David Chlebda, seconded by David Watt, Mr. Chlebda was appointed temporary chair; subsequent motions by board members nominated and confirmed David Chlebda as chair and David Watt as vice-chair. On a motion by David Watt, seconded by David Chlebda, the board appointed Scott MacNair, Esquire of Clemons, Richter & Reiss as the Zoning Hearing Board solicitor. The record states that "all present voted in favor."
The board accepted the Dec. 10, 2018 meeting notes without changes. With no other business, the chair declared the meeting adjourned; the record shows the meeting adjourned at 9:34 p.m. and the next hearing scheduled for Feb. 25, 2019.
