The Clarks Village Board of Trustees on Jan. 14 approved its consent agenda, including minutes of the Dec. 18, 2025 meeting, two transfers from the Sales Tax fund totaling $5,250 and a list of payroll and vendor warrants. James Parsons moved to approve the consent agenda and Dyrek Zoucha seconded; the roll-call vote was 4-0, with Trustee Dylan Drummond absent.
The board approved a $1,500 transfer from Sales Tax to the NPAIT Water Resin Reserve Fund and a $3,750 transfer from Sales Tax to the WTP Fund. Officials also authorized payroll disbursements for December totaling $10,644.70 and payroll-tax/Sales Tax payments of $4,926.84. Vendor warrants approved included payments to Sapp Bros. ($1,594.60), PCRPPD ($2,993.03), Bomgaars ($233.44) and others as listed in the consent packet; the agenda packet provided a full itemized list.
The motion to approve the consent agenda passed on a recorded vote: Parsons, Langley, Glynn and Zoucha voting aye; one trustee absent. No public comment was recorded on the consent agenda.
