Enon council approves Oct. 14 minutes, sets Nov. 10 meeting

The Village of Enon council approved the minutes of its Oct. 14, 2025 regular meeting and scheduled the next regular meeting for Nov. 10, 2025.
Mayor Howard called the Oct. 28 meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Council member Leist moved to approve the Oct. 14 minutes, seconded by Sweet; the roll-call vote was recorded as Leist Yes, Sweet Yes, Beair Yes, Whitacre Yes, Davoli Yes and Hanna Abstain, and the motion passed. Later in the meeting Whitacre moved and Sweet seconded a motion to hold the next regular council meeting on Monday, Nov. 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.; that motion carried on a unanimous roll-call vote.
The votes reflect the formal, procedural actions recorded in the minutes and do not note further debate. Fiscal Officer Robert Storm submitted the minutes; the minutes were later signed and approved by Rick Hanna, President of Council, on Nov. 10, 2025. No ordinances or resolutions were presented or adopted at the Oct. 28 session.
The council also approved routine housekeeping motions, including the motion to enter and later exit executive session to discuss personnel matters (see separate article). The meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
