Commission approves corrected minutes, plans to participate in Virtual Community Fair and adjourns

The Bolton Heritage Farm Commission approved corrected minutes from its Feb. 1 meeting after a motion by Cara Wraight and a second from Ann Maulucci; the motion passed unanimously. The minutes’ correction concerned item 5b and will be reflected in the official record.
Kyleen Mike, Bolton's Recreation Coordinator, invited the commission to participate in a Virtual Community Fair scheduled for March 26 from 6–8 p.m. via Zoom. The commission agreed it would at minimum provide a written document with contact information to be circulated to fair participants and said it would follow up if a commissioner can attend the live Zoom event.
Rhea Klein moved to adjourn the March 1 meeting; Ann Maulucci seconded the motion. The motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M. Minutes were submitted by Vice Chair Beth Ann Harney and will be formally approved (and any corrections recorded) in a subsequent meeting.
