Commission hears routine maintenance update; approves participation in fall and winter events and accepts donated artwork
Summary

Arlene Fiano relayed a written update from Building and Grounds Supervisor John Butrymovich that routine mowing and trimming have been occurring. The update also noted that the highway department had done patching on the driveway and had placed interpretative signage on the site.
Vice Chairman Beth Harney said the commission has submitted its application and payment to participate in the Sleigh Bells Ring Faire on Nov. 19, with set up on Nov. 18; the commission agreed to review inventory to decide what to bring. Rhea Klein reported that resident Steve Arnold of Brandy Street gifted one Myrtle Carlson art piece to the commission and that he has additional pieces that may need cleaning.
The meeting closed with a motion to adjourn passed unanimously at 8:41 P.M.
