There will be no retail sales and no storefront traffic and no manufacturing or extraction taking place at the site at all," McKinnon said. The board confirmed carbon filtration had been installed in each grow room before granting occupancy for Unit B.
The Pharmacy LLC (Unit J) represented by Dylan Campbell was approved conditionally: the board voted to authorize occupancy once the applicant secures approval from the Office of Cannabis Policy (OCP/OCPA) and resolves outstanding inspection items. James (town staff) reported carbon scrubbers were installed and that OCP requires town sign‑off before OCP will issue the state license. The board's motion specified OCP approval as a precondition to operation.
Applicants noted prior inspection issues (for example, a scale certification and a caregiver card that was temporarily revoked pending town approvals), and said those matters have been addressed.
