He said the P&Z Committee requested that a couple of board members attend the May 6 P&Z meeting to give feedback; the attendance will be coordinated with Chairperson Lisa Kohout.
The board did not take formal action on the drafts during the meeting but noted the materials and the request for participation. A draft for the Public Activity District was said to be ready for review; no adoption timeline or ordinance numbers were provided.
