Colonie IDA and LDC approve officer slates and committee rosters

The IDA motion to approve the nominations of officers and committee members was moved by Donna and seconded by Peter; the board registered three "aye" responses and approved the slate. The slate read by the chair listed David Yule as chairman, Peter Gannon as vice chairman, Donna Corrado Ryan as treasurer and Tom Despart as secretary; Lisa Walters was named audit committee chair with Donna Corrado Ryan and Tom Despart as members. Governance and finance committee memberships were also read aloud and accepted.
Later, the LDC meeting repeated a similar slate. The chair read the LDC officer and committee assignments (confirming the same set of core officers), and a motion to accept the slate was moved and seconded; the membership approved the nominations by voice vote.
The meetings produced no public comment and no contested votes were recorded. Both bodies adjourned shortly after approving their rosters.
