Access CNY awarded OMH vocational contract; county partners with Liberty Resources for post-crisis navigators

Kolmsee said Access CNY will begin accepting referrals once the program is operational.
Kolmsee also reported the county has partnered with Liberty Resources to provide Post Crisis Engagement Navigator (PCEN) services. She said Liberty Resources is in the process of hiring staff to operate the navigator program.
