The Bolton Heritage Farm Commission reviewed a draft of its business plan (dated Jan. 3, 2020) and agreed to present the revised plan to the Board of Selectmen on Jan. 14, 2020.
Member Beth Harney will make the agreed edits to the business plan and appendices. Town Facilities Director John Butrymovich said he will follow up on missing dates and dollar amounts in Appendix A (Capital Projects and Funding Sources). The commission said it supports the italicized and underlined recommendations in section 4 (Current Financial Position) and the italicized and bolded paragraph in section 5 (Ultimate Goals for the Use(s) of the Farm) as guiding principles for development.
No formal vote or motion to adopt the business plan was recorded at the meeting; the plan is scheduled for presentation to the Board of Selectmen for their consideration.
