The Quincy City Planning Board on March 11 voted to continue four pending site‑plan public hearings to its April 8, 2026 meeting and then adjourned.
Chair read correspondence and motions for each continued item. A letter from attorney Robert J. Fleming asking to continue the 4 South Street (case 2025‑17) hearing to April 8 and waiving the 65‑day requirement was accepted by motion and vote. Attorney Patrick Foley requested a continuance for 46 Bates (case 25‑18); the board approved a continuance to April 8. The applicant for 33 Victory Road (case 2026‑01) submitted a letter requesting a continuance to April 8; the board granted it. Representatives for 475 Hancock Street (case 20262) also requested more time to address outstanding comments and third‑party reports; the board continued that hearing to April 8.
After completing the continuance motions and the business meeting items, the board moved to adjourn and the meeting ended.
