On personnel, Chair Brian Mills moved and Justin Thacker seconded a motion to hire Sherry Donovan to begin training on May 4 at $22.56 per hour for 10 hours per week through June 30. The board noted the current treasurer would be asked to provide training and that the new hire’s reduced training hours reflect overlap during the transition. The motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
