Harold Bartelli presented photos showing a hole in the roof, tarp-covered exposure and rotted soffit areas. Bartelli reported the owner had indicated the property was in foreclosure. The magistrate found violations of §30-32A10 (roofing/disrepair), §30-169B (rotten and weakened wood) and §30-215 (failure to register a vacant/blighted/unsecured property), and authorized the city to place an official lien for $8,700 for accrued fines; fines will continue to accrue at $25 per unresolved violation per day until satisfaction or compliance.
The magistrate emphasized appeal rights and required the clerk to issue notice; he closed the hearing at 3:19 p.m.
