Later the trustees voted, on a motion by Selman seconded by Haynes, to acknowledge and approve all claims and fiscal transactions issued by the Economic Development Authority and approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
The meeting record includes an itemized purchase-order report for the EDA expo maintenance and operations account showing vendor charges (including Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co., Public Service Co. of Oklahoma and others) and a grand total of $15,001.41. No additional fiscal actions or follow-up deadlines were recorded in the minutes.
