Pryor Road is described in the resolution as running through Sections 19, 20, 29 and 30 and through Sections 21 and 22 of Township 5 North, Range 12 East; it runs east off Oklahoma Highway 31A south of the town of Stuart. The resolution directs that access to commercial or industrial locations use Double Springs Road rather than Pryor Road.
The board did not record additional enforcement instructions in the meeting minutes; the resolution states the roads are closed to commercial truck traffic "as listed above," which takes effect immediately.
