West Memphis Chamber says membership at 485, plans leadership class and more business outreach

White emphasized outreach to smaller businesses and repeated a request that local organizers submit event information so the chamber can promote them via social media, newsletters and video content. She also thanked the mayor for assisting with a recent facelift to the chamber office and said the chamber will host an open house once a date is set.
The report included planned sponsorship support for community events such as Memorial Day Backyard Blues and Soulfest and support for the Memphis Street Rod Delta River cruise in September. The chamber highlighted the aim of serving businesses of all sizes and increasing promotion of local entrepreneurs.
