Bennett Norley said Kleinfelder is reviewing contractor cost proposals related to a VFW curb-cut issue and a separate water issue at Bell and Hunt; Administrator Mike Roszman said there are two separate contractor issues being handled. Roszman also noted ongoing work related to a potential cemetery acquisition and associated survey questions.
No executive session was held. Council adjourned and set its next meeting for Jan. 20, 2026.
