At its Feb. 2 meeting the Tremont Select Board approved a set of FY26 warrants, confirmed the date of the next regular meeting and conducted an executive session on personnel matters before adjourning.
Warrants: On a motion by Eric Eaton, seconded by Kevin Buck, the board approved FY26 warrants #76 for $3,102.27; #77 for $21,124.47; #78 for $267,148.45; #79 for $22,705.08; and #80 for $45,358.72. The motion passed unanimously.
Next meeting: The board confirmed the next regular meeting for Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Office on a motion by McKenzie Jewett, seconded by Kevin Buck; the motion passed unanimously.
Executive session: The Town Manager requested the board find that public discussion of personnel matters could reasonably be expected to harm employees' reputations or privacy and to enter executive session under 1 MRSA a7405(6)(A). The board approved that finding (motion by Kevin Buck, seconded by McKenzie Jewett), entered executive session at 6:38 p.m., and closed it at 7:21 p.m. The minutes record that no motions were made during the executive session.
