The Asylum Springs Planning Commission voted Sept. 9 to accept two easement items: a lot split (LS2510) at 2701 East Kinwood Street (staff noted an added sewer easement) and an acceptance by separate instrument for 204 East Metobrook Circle. Kyle, a planning staff member, presented the items and commissioners moved, seconded and approved the easement acceptances by roll-call vote.
Kyle also briefed the commission on two board and staff approved permits set for the Sept. 16 board of directors meeting: annexation 25-01 at Highway 59 and Bill Young Road (second reading) and a right-of-way and easement vacation (252) at 113 East Ashley Street (second reading). Commissioners noted these were informational only and required no further action at the commission level.
Staff announced that the Sept. 9 plan development review committee meeting was canceled and the Oct. 14 board of adjustment meeting is canceled. The meeting then adjourned.
Votes at a glance: the easement acceptances passed on a unanimous roll-call vote by the attending commissioners and will be recorded in the board packet for administrative follow-up.
